Collaboration Through Doccla's Clinical Advisory Group
At Doccla, we believe that the best innovations come from collaboration. That’s why we’ve created the Clinical Advisory Group, a forum where frontline clinicians work directly with our Product Development teams to shape the future of virtual care.
These sessions are about more than feedback. They’re about:
- Bringing together diverse perspectives - Across 11 organisations spanning hospital-based urgent care teams to community clinicians managing long-term conditions.
- Understanding real-world workflows - exploring how the platform is used in different environments and what makes day-to-day tasks easier or harder.
- Testing ideas early - giving clinicians a chance to see and respond to draft concepts, so that we prioritise the most valuable product improvements and the final product reflects their needs, not just our best guess.
In our latest session, we explored early design concepts for improvements to clinician dashboards to support more efficient virtual team working and provide enhanced functionality at the point of patient triage. The discussions were interactive, constructive and grounded in a shared goal: making care delivery more seamless and patient support more proactive.
What stood out most was the consistent theme of efficiency and visibility. Clinicians want information to be easier to find, quicker to act on and embedded in their existing ways of working. Those insights will continue to guide how we refine and prioritise future developments.
Why it matters
By embedding clinician voices at every stage of development, we’re ensuring our platform isn’t just clinically safe, but also practical, intuitive and supportive of real-world pressures. The Clinical Advisory Group is central to this approach and we’ll keep sharing the journey as it evolves.
