Tell us

We take your privacy seriously and want to put things right. Raising a concern is quick, and it won’t affect your care.

Email dpo@doccla.com with “Data protection complaint” in the subject line.

To help us help you, please include:

  • your name and how you’d like us to contact you
  • your Doccla ID, if you have one (please don’t send your NHS number or medical details)
  • what happened and when
  • whether you’ve contacted us about this before
  • what you’d like us to do to put it right
  • if you’re writing for someone else, your relationship to them and confirmation that you have their permission

What happens next:

  • We’ll confirm we’ve received your email within 5 working days.
  • Our Data Protection Officer will look into it and may contact you for more detail.
  • We aim to give you a full answer within one month, and we’ll keep you updated if it takes longer.
