Here’s what to expect during your time with us, and how we’ll look after your information.
What We Do
We’re here to help you monitor your health from the comfort of your home. This means:
- Providing you with devices to collect your health readings remotely via the Doccla Platform.
- Monitoring your health — either by Doccla or your healthcare provider.
- Getting in touch if we notice missed readings or have concerns about your health.
- Offering support whenever you need help (please remember we are not an emergency service).
What We Ask From You
To make sure we can provide the best possible care, please:
- Submit your readings through the Doccla app as often as requested.
- Contact your Doccla support team right away if you have any health concerns.
- Return the monitoring kit in good condition after discharge — we’ll collect it the day after you leave the service (except Sundays).
- Let us know if you decide you no longer wish to use the service.
How We Use Your Information
Your privacy matters to us. We will only use your information to:
- Support your care and monitor your health to track your progress.
- Share relevant details with your healthcare team when needed.

- Improve our services using anonymous feedback.
We use analytics to help make your experience better. This means:
- Understanding how people use the app so we can improve it.
