Customer Service / Operations Agent

Doccla is a fast growing health care start-up providing Remote Monitoring Solutions to NHS Trusts across the country. During the Covid-19 pandemic we worked with hospitals so that patients could be discharged early, freeing up more beds, allowing patients to recover quicker at home and also saving the NHS money. We are looking to expand our customer service team as we provide support 7 days a week to both patients and the clinicians. The ideal candidate will be someone with customer service experience, who wants to help build the team going forward. Flexible working approach. We need someone who can multitask and organise their workload. This is an extremely rewarding position as it will have a positive benefit on people’s lives. Our office is in Hammersmith, London although you can work remotely , we have the intension of holding training/team meeting days in the office once every 6-8 weeks which you will be required to attend. This role also requires evening and weekend working so you need to be flexible with accommodating these hours and days.

Requirements

  • Track and trace shipments as required
  • Pack and send out medical equipment as and when required (working from Hammersmith Office)
  • Follow and update any standard operating procedures and documents
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
  • Strong reliable Internet connection (Mobile hot spotting is not acceptable)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Empathetic
  • Must be able to work from Hammersmith Office
  • Operational support,
  • Organised, punctual , with a great attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office , Outlook & Gmail experience
  • Independent and ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable - willing to work and help wherever needed
  • Great at problem-solving and able to think on your feet
  • Ability to communicate in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner
  • Evenings and Weekend working is required and you need to be able to accommodate flexible hours during these times.
  • Previous customer service experience in a start-up is desirable but not essential
  • Zen desk experience is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of how to handle confidential data
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be able to work from the Hammersmith Office as and when required
